Q: What sizes does CareUp offer?

Our diapers come in multiple sizes to fit babies from newborn through toddler stage. Check the size chart on each product page to find the right fit based on your baby's weight.

Q: How do I know which size to order?

Diaper sizing is based on your baby's current weight, not age. Check the weight range listed on each product page before ordering. If your baby is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Q: Are CareUp diapers safe for newborn/sensitive skin?

Yes. Our diapers are made with soft, breathable materials designed to be gentle on delicate skin. As with any new product, we recommend watching for any reaction during the first use.

Q: How long can my baby wear one diaper?

For hygiene and comfort, we recommend changing your baby's diaper every 3-4 hours, or sooner if soiled, regardless of the diaper's absorbency.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment methods, shown at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once logged in, go to My Orders in your account to see the live status of your order (Pending, Processing, Delivered). You'll also get updates as your order moves through these stages.
