At CareUp, your baby's comfort and your peace of mind matter to us. Because our products are hygiene items, we follow a careful return & exchange process to keep every diaper we sell safe and sealed.

Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

• The diaper pack must be unopened and factory-sealed. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used packs unless the product is defective.
• The original packaging and invoice/order number must be available.
• Exchanges are only for the wrong size/variant delivered, or a genuine manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification — no cost to you in this case.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the item back

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially used diaper packs (unless defective).
• Items purchased on clearance/sale, unless defective.
