Wondering where your CareUp order is? Here's how to check.

How to Track Your Order 

1. Sign in to your CareUp account.
2. Go to My Orders from your account menu.
3. Find your order and tap it to see full details, including its current status.

What the Order Statuses Mean

• Pending — We've received your order and it's awaiting confirmation/processing.
• Processing — Your order is confirmed and being packed for shipment.
• Delivered — Your order has been delivered.
• Cancelled — The order was cancelled (by you or by us, e.g. due to stock unavailability).

Placed an Order as a Guest?

If you checked out without creating an account, please contact our support team at [bakhshsatar@yahoo.com] or WhatsApp/call [03005747175] with your order number, and we'll share your order status directly.

Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

Delivery timelines depend on your location — check our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery windows. If your order is delayed beyond that window, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
