Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2-4 business days
• Other cities/areas: 4-7 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — any applicable offer will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status from the My Orders section of your account, or we'll share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
